This recipe is very easy to make and tastes amazing. Grilling and not over cooking venison are a must along with indirect grilling (coals on one side of the grill and meat on the opposite side) Sometimes I even add an oak chuck to the coals to give it a good smokey flavor. 350 grill temperature is Ideal for grilling venison.
